Here at Conways we provide a fully bespoke service to accompany our special packages. Whether it’s just chair covers you require or the flower wall we can accommodate most requests.

Please note this is subject to stock availability; we recommend ordering as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

In addition to wedding venue dressing, we can also provide packages and décor to cater for birthday parties, Proms, corporate events, baby showers and baby gender reveal parties.

Chair Covers & Sashes

Lycra chair covers are available in white or black, and fit most style of chairs. Team these up with an Organza sash in your choice of colour, which are available in a wide variety of colours.

Prices start from £2 per chair.

Centrepieces

We have a large range of centrepieces available. Candelabras, birdcages, martini glasses, fishbowls, bell jars, flower domes, cylinder vases, wishing trees, blossom trees, jars of flowers etc..  The flowers that we use are top quality silk/foam. We can design a centrepiece for you, or we can recreate one from our gallery. All centrepieces can be sat on a mirror plate, tree slice or vintage books.

Prices start from £12 per centrepiece.

LOVE Letters

Our Freestanding 1M high LOVE letters are perfect for adding that WOW factor to your wedding and create an excellent photo opportunity. These can be placed anywhere that you desire at your venue. Also available are our stunning Floral LOVE letters decorated internally with flowers which can also be placed anywhere at your venue.

£150 for full day hire.

4ft MR & MRS letters

Our freestanding MR & MRS letters really add the WOW factor to any wedding. Standing at just over 1M high they provide a great photo opportunity. They can be placed anywhere inside the venue but look fab next to the dance floor. MR & MR AND MRS & MRS is also available.

£200 for full day hire.

3D Flower Wall

Our stunning flower wall is covered top to bottom in quality silk hydrangeas and roses. It’s freestanding and is 2.4m x 2.4m. The wall can be placed anywhere in your venue. It’s highly effective placed behind your top table or the registrar table and creates a stunning background to accompany any photo opportunity.

£200 for full day hire.

Starlight/Twinkle Backdrop

Our fairy light curtain can extend to 6m wide and 3m tall (size can be altered to suit your venue). The fairy lights can be set to either “static” or “twinkle” This is perfect for behind the top table or to create the perfect photo opportunity. Team this up with our twinkle table skirt and cake table skirt for a full set of twinkles.

£150 for full day hire.

Candy Cart

Our candy cart is a great hit with the adults as well as the children. We can decorate the cart to suit your colour scheme and can also provide the sweets if required.

£50 to hire the cart, decorations, tubs, tongs and bags.

Post Boxes

We have 4 post boxes available for you to hire,

  • Cast iron royal mail box
  • Wooden wishing well
  • Wooden wedding post box
  • vintage suitcase

Padlocks are provided (apart from the suitcase) so your cards and money are safe, and all can be decorated for you to suit your colour scheme.

£30 for full day hire

Table Skirts / Swagging

We have a twinkle skirt available for the top table and cake table. Both come with swags and fairy lights and work well when complimented with our starlight backdrop. Our table skirts add the finishing touch to your tables and  help to hide any gaps or seams from the table cloths.

Prices start from £10.

5ft Blossom Trees

Our blossom trees are truly stunning. They are great to line your aisle, can sit either side of the top/registrar table or to frame a door way. These can also be used for centrepieces if you want to create a lavish look.

£30 each for full day hire.

Aisle Décor

We can offer a wide variety of aisle décor to suit your style and theme. Either keep it simple with a scattering of rose petals or line your aisle with our selection of candelabra’s, lanterns, centrepieces, or blossom trees. candles or fairy lights can also be added.

We also have available a 30ft cream carpet aisle runner which is great for venues who don’t provide runners or for venues with carpets not suited to your theme.

Freestanding Light Up Letters

Our light up letters are 60cm tall and have battery powered fairy lights. These are a more cost-effective option whilst still retaining the wow factor. You can have any combination of letters, such as, initials, Mr and Mrs, I do, Dance etc.

Mr & Mrs, Mr & Mr and Mrs & Mrs – £80

Letter combination – £20 each

Table Runners

Table runners are a great way of adding colour to your guest tables and continuing your theme across the room. We have runners available in any colour, and also have silver, gold and rose gold sequin runners.

Prices start from £3 per runner.

Balloons

We can provide balloon decorations. They can be used for table centrepieces, to add colour in your room or to decorate the ceiling. We can provide balloons in any colour combination and all will be filled with helium.

Ornate Flower Archway

Our Freestanding Ornate Flower Archway is ideal to place at the beginning or end of the aisle for you and your partner to tie the knot under. Accompany this alongside our 2 5ft blossom trees for that stunning look.

£150 for day hire (include delivery and set up).

Donut Stand

Our donut stand is a popular option with both adults and children alike. We can decorate the stand to tie in with your colour scheme and can also provide the donuts if required.

£35 for stand hire

£1 per guest for donuts

Baby Boxes

Our baby boxes are ideal for baby showers and can be decorated with coloured balloons of your choice or to match the baby’s gender for reveal parties.

The decision is entirely yours!

£100 for box hire filled with balloons.
